This canvas is an acrylic on canvas, which I made "as a land opus". Its title is LBR, 45 years later ... LBR is the acronym for Le. Low. Ruel which was an address I had in the countryside in Normandy, in my young adolescence. A period full of romanticism and memories. Every day I went to school on my bicycle, I had to travel 6 km to get to the city. The opportunity for me to observe the landscapes, nature, the countryside. I dreamed of my future life. The one where I would have become a painter, painter. Live and create works then sell them to earn a living. As a child I was certain of the same, and the further I went in time, the more I knew I would become. When I made this painting, I had very strong emotions in me. Feelings of powerful and still in me. This painting is in short a part of my youth, a period that I call "the call to life".
